Characters were sculpted in clay, then cast in plaster. After wire armatures were constructed, they were cast in the molds with foam latex. After application of paint and addition of painted sculpey heads, we have fully posable puppets. Many props used in the film were constructed by friends at the Prop Party, and a good time was had by all. Derik Bibb showed his ninja skills with the powersaw and drill, and a set was born.
